What is Klient Hub?
Klient Hub connects dental clinics with patients seeking immediate care. Business Owners (Dental Clinics) create a free profile and purchase credits to access high-quality leads within their service area.
How much does it cost to sign up?
It costs $0 to sign up. Each lead, however, costs $75. Qualified, high-intent leads cost $150 while Guaranteed Booked Appointments costs $250.
How do I sign up?
Click the “Sign Up” button on the homepage, complete the form titled “Create Account”, click the verification link sent to your email, and your account will be activated.
How do I update my profile?
Log in, go to your Dashboard, click “Edit Business,” make changes, and save.
How do I access leads?
- Purchase credits.
- Navigate to “All Leads” on your dashboard.
- View the leads close to your location (indicate ‘city’ in your profile).
- Click “Purchase Lead” to unlock contact details.
- Contact leads within 30 minutes.
Leads are geographically matched and based on individuals actively seeking care. Once purchased, contact details are fully accessible to you.
How many credits do I need per lead?
Each lead requires 1 credit. A single credit costs $75, so one lead = $75. This applies to just basic leads.
Are there credit packages or bulk discounts?
Yes. Paid subscriptions of $9.50/Mo provide an additional 15% discount to purchase basic leads. The monthly subscription for guaranteed booked appointments costs $2500 for 12 appointments.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Go to the login page and click “Forgot Password.” Enter your email and follow the link sent to reset it.
I’m having trouble logging in. What should I check?
Ensure you're using the correct email, preferably the one used in the invitation. If problems persist, try another browser like Chrome.
