Create Your Account
Start by creating your account. Click on the ‘Sign Up’ button on our homepage. Fill in the necessary information including your email address, a secure password, and your clinic’s name. Confirm your email address, and voila, you are now part of Klient Hub!
Add Your Business Profile
With your account now live, it’s time to add your business profile. Navigate to ‘My Profile’ and hit the ‘Add my Clinic’ button. You will be asked to fill in details about your clinic, such as location, services, prices, and operating hours. Remember, the more comprehensive your profile, the better chance you have of attracting potential clients.
Also, don’t forget to add professional photos of your clinic. A picture is worth a thousand words!
Manage Your Profile
One of the great features of Klient Hub is the ability to manage your profile with ease. Add new services, update your operating hours, or change your profile picture whenever you want. It’s quick, simple, and incredibly user-friendly.
Connect with Potential Clients
Once your profile is all set, you’re ready to connect with potential clients. Users can view your profile, see the services you provide, your clinic’s location, and your availability. If they’re interested in your services, they’ll send you a message directly. You can then respond and arrange an appointment as needed.
Please note, each message you receive from potential clients incurs a modest fee of $5. This fee helps us maintain and improve our platform, providing you with the best possible user experience.
